About the Internship

We are looking for a **Logistics & Sales Administration Intern** to join our team during the busy year-end period.

The intern will provide operational support to ensure that orders are prepared, shipped and delivered efficiently. Working closely with our logistics, sales and customer service teams, the intern will play an active role in coordinating deliveries and supporting day-to-day operations during this particularly busy period.

## Tasks

**Transport & Delivery Coordination**

• Organize and monitor shipments
• Follow up on delivery schedules and potential delays
• Communicate with carriers to resolve delivery issues

**Order Preparation & Quality Control**

• Assist with order preparation and packing
• Ensure orders are complete and correctly prepared before shipment
• Carry out basic quality and quantity checks
• Help ensure products meet customer and company requirements
• Support the team in managing high order volumes during the year-end peak period

**Order & Sales Administration**

• Update order and delivery information in internal systems
• Prepare and organize shipping and administrative documents
• Support the sales team with order-related requests

**After-Sales Service & Customer Support**

• Assist in handling delivery issues, returns and claims
• Support the team with after-sales service requests

## Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related field
• Organized, reliable and detail-oriented
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Good command of English or French
