Operations Co-ordinator
Location: Ashford, Feltham
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am – 6:00pm
Our client is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join their growing team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll coordinate deliveries, installations and customer projects from start to finish, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating deliveries, collections, relocations and installations.
- Managing customer orders from enquiry through to completion.
- Booking jobs, raising paperwork and keeping systems updated.
- Providing quotations and handling customer enquiries.
- Keeping customers informed every step of the way.
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.
- Managing shared inboxes and supporting the wider operations team.
- Producing reports, assisting with inventory and ensuring accurate job files.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in customer service or operations coordination.
- Experience within logistics, transport, installations or a similar environment is a bonus.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for problem solving.
- A genuine team player who can also work independently.
