This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in bringing structure, organization, and follow-through to everything they touch. You’ll be both a strategic thought partner and an operational quarterback—connecting the dots across initiatives and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role offers high visibility and direct access to senior leadership, with the opportunity to shape key initiatives and how the organization operates. It’s an ideal path for someone looking to accelerate their growth, develop a broad enterprise perspective, and have a tangible impact on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operates as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, extending leadership capacity and driving organizational effectiveness.
• Translates strategic priorities into clear, executable plans and ensures disciplined delivery across key initiatives, including major modernization and transformation efforts.
• Acts as the central point of integration across teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and coordinated execution across a broad and complex portfolio.
• Owns the operating rhythm of the function, shaping leadership forums, All Hands, governance, and offsites.
• Establishes and enforces rigorous tracking and governance mechanisms.
• Produces high-quality, executive-ready insights and materials, synthesizing complex inputs into structured recommendations and decision frameworks.
• Leads the development and execution of a strategic communications strategy, ensuring the organization operates with a clear, consistent narrative aligned to business priorities (e.g., newsletter, website, leadership updates, organization-wide communications, key announcements)
• Enables effective decision-making by bringing clarity to complex topics, framing trade-offs, and ensuring leaders are equipped with the right context and information.
• Builds strong, trust-based relationships across senior stakeholders, influencing without authority and driving alignment across functions and levels.

All About You:
• Ability to operate at pace in complex, highly cross-functional environments, with a strong track record of driving execution and delivering results.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex, technical, or ambiguous topics into clear, structured, and compelling narratives for senior audiences.
• Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly synthesize information, identify key issues, and frame actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail, bringing structure, discipline, and follow-through to all aspects of work.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, operate independently, and take accountability for outcomes.
• Skilled at influencing and building alignment across stakeholders, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities effectively.
• Resilient and adaptable, with a willingness to lean into challenging situations and adjust quickly as priorities evolve.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion, with experience handling sensitive information and operating in executive-level environments.
