The Opportunity
The TikTok Shop Merchandiser plays a key role in driving the growth of our TikTok Shop business in the Benelux. You'll own the day-to-day trading of TikTok Shop, managing the catalogue, pricing, promotions, assortment, inventory, and commercial performance.
While your primary focus will be TikTok Shop, you'll occasionally support key trading and merchandising initiatives across our wider DTC business, providing exposure to both social commerce and our owned eCommerce channels.
We're looking for a commercially minded digital merchandiser or eCommerce professional who's passionate about trading, emerging commerce platforms, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you will do
- Own the day-to-day trading of TikTok Shop Benelux across multiple storefronts and brands, including Ninja Kitchen, Shark Home, and Shark Beauty.
- Manage product listings, assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
- Execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activity to drive GMV growth.
- Optimise product discoverability and merchandising across TikTok Shop.
- Monitor trading performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
- Analyse key trading KPIs and translate insights into commercial actions.
- Maintain a best-in-class product catalogue, ensuring accurate content and an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute campaigns and deliver commercial growth.
- Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, platform features, and best practices.
- Occasionally support the wider DTC business on key trading and merchandising initiatives as needed.
What you will have
- Experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or digital trading.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action.
- Good understanding of eCommerce, digital trading, and the online customer journey.
- Curiosity for emerging commerce platforms, with experience in TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, or similar considered a plus.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Passion for digital commerce and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with French considered a strong advantage.
