**This role is 5 days per week (Shifts will predominately be from 12.00 to 8pm or from 12.00 to 8.30pm but candidate needs to be flexible to change to meet the needs of the business)
You already know M&S for amazing food and uncompromising quality, but we need to keep on surprising our customers with all the ways we can support them in store – could this be you?

- To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before task every time
- Champion new ways of working within stores through an open mindset and positive attitude
- Complete tasks and processes that deliver the best standards
- Serve and sell positively across the store
Skills, Knowledge and expertise
- Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points
- Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy
- Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
- Have great product knowledge
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
