The Role

Your Role:

As an SAP PS Functional Consultant, you will deliver 24x7 support for client project structures and SAP PS modules within an S/4HANA environment. You will configure and refine time and cost tracking tools, maintain WBS elements and network activities, and ensure seamless revenue recognition integrated with FI/CO modules. Operating within a global SLA-driven support model, you will perform impact analyses for system changes and swiftly resolve critical production issues to maintain robust financial and operational monitoring.

What you will do:

• Provide 24x7 Support: Deliver round-the-clock functional support and operational maintenance for the SAP Project Systems (PS) module across the global enterprise.

• Configure Project Structures: Configure, maintain, and optimize complex Client Projects and Project Systems structures to ensure accurate organizational mapping.

• Optimize Financial Tracking: Design and optimize specialized tools for real-time Time and Cost tracking to ensure precise project financial monitoring and budgeting.

• Manage WBS Elements: Architect and manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements and network activities for large-scale, high-budget enterprise projects.

• Support Revenue Recognition: Drive and support complex Revenue Recognition processes, ensuring compliance and seamless alignment with project lifecycles.

• Integrate Finance Modules: Oversee and maintain tight technical integrations between the SAP PS module and core Financial Accounting/Controlling (FI/CO) modules.

• Resolve Production Issues: Troubleshoot, debug, and rapidly resolve critical, high-priority production system failures and data bugs to minimize business disruption.

• Perform Impact Analysis: Conduct rigorous functional impact analyses for all proposed project-related system enhancements, transport requests, and configuration changes.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of in-depth functional knowledge of SAP PS (Project Systems) within an S/4HANA landscape.

• Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and revenue recognition principles.

• Experience working in a 24x7 global support model with strict SLA requirements.

• Familiarity with cross-module integration between PS, FI, CO, and MM.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Master Degree & any relevant certification
