PT, Clinic Director, Outpatient Orthopedic clinic, Colorado Springs, CO 115K
Exceptional opportunity for a Physical Therapist to lead daily operations of an amazing outpatient clinic. CD has administrative time, treats patients and reports to C-Suite. This is a unique role for a PT that seeks a flex schedule choice of 4/10’s or 5/8’s. CD oversees PT & PTA staff and works with leadership. Clinic is privately owned and treats all ages in ortho, pelvic health and lymphedema. Ideal candidate is upbeat, personable, enjoys working with patients and sets example to staff. This is an excellent opportunity Clinic Director to join our team during this growth period.
Clinic treats daytime hours, no weekends, 1:1 treatment with no double booking. Operates in a well-balanced space, offering support, a team environment that enjoys working collaboratively. Impressive facility offers excellent mentorship for new graduates.
Requires licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado upon start date. 2 years’ experience with leadership exp. Strong communication skills and customer service needed.
Compensation 115K plus quarterly bonus. Sign on and relocation bonus with negotiable student loan repayment and personal time off. Medical, dental, vision, HSA benefits, three weeks of PTO with six federal holidays, CEU allowance, licensing fees and 401(k).
