Description
Our client is a High End Boutique Resort group in Bali which manages a small portfolio of luxury resorts.
This role will be reporting directly to the Area Director of S&M.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Luxury resort experience is a must
• Experience in the same position or similar role
• Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and able to influence and direct people to achieve goals
• Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
• Very approachable, outgoing with easy manner in dealing with clients
• Able to handle difficult situations with tact and high diplomacy
• Excellent communication and tactical skill
• Computer literate
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Wide network of contacts
• Active person with outgoing personality
• Positive attitude
• Strong leadership and team player at the same time
• Result oriented in order to achieve targets
• Able to work under pressure
