Spreetail is seeking a Sr. Director, Retail FP&A to lead Merchandise Finance in a high-visibility role reporting directly to our CFO, with close day-to-day partnership across our Chief Merchandising Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Operating Officer to design, build, and execute our retail merchandise plan. This role extends beyond merchandise to own FP&A for our Channels & Business Development and Marketing teams, giving you full visibility and influence over the total Retail P&L. We're looking for a leader who can build and scale a team, set a long-term vision, and still roll up their sleeves to get into the model, the data, or the deck when the business needs it. If you thrive in ambiguity, love using data and technology to move fast, and want to drive real business outcomes rather than just report on them, this is your seat at the table.
