As an Influencer Management Manager at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our influencer marketing strategies and driving impactful brand campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing a network of influential individuals across various digital platforms. Your keen eye for talent and ability to forge strong relationships will be essential in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
What You'll Do
Influencer Discovery and Recruitment:
- Employ cutting-edge technology to identify and recruit high-potential influencers aligned with our clients' brand objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust database of influencers across various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and TikTok.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand goals and tailor influencer strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including fees, deliverables, and timelines, to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Provide timely and effective communication, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during campaign execution.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and creativity.

Industry Insights and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in influencer marketing.

Client Management & Coordination:
- Understand client objectives, expectations, and requirements, and translate them into clear actions for internal teams and influencers.
- Lead client discussions and campaign updates, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and influencers to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
- Proactively identify potential issues, communicate solutions, and manage client expectations throughout the campaign.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and reliable campaign management.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing
- Experience in using AI for work is required.
- Proficiency in English and Thai
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
