Krewe Anesthesia is a leading anesthesia staffing company dedicated to providing high-quality staffing solutions to healthcare facilities and supporting anesthesia providers in achieving rewarding, flexible careers. We are seeking a Provider Services Agent to join our team and serve as the key liaison between providers and facilities.
The Provider Services Agent will manage the full provider services cycle, including contract coordination, scheduling, and ongoing relationship management with both healthcare facilities and anesthesia providers. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can execute tasks quickly and communicate effectively across multiple platforms. This position is full-time, In-office in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between providers and facilities, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts between Krewe Anesthesia and healthcare facilities, as well as between Krewe and providers.
- Oversee provider scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, schedules, and communications.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and text messages from providers and facility representatives.
- Anticipate scheduling or contractual issues and resolve them proactively.
- Support business growth by fostering strong relationships with both providers and facilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and digital (phone, email, text).
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education & Years of Experience
- Prior experience in customer relations, healthcare staffing, or contract management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
