CloudPay is growing! We are looking for a French Payroll Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end French payroll and become a trusted partner to your clients in a fast-moving, international environment.
You'll tackle complex payroll challenges, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless payroll experience.

Main responsibilities
Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submit the payroll figures monthly.
Ensure payroll complies with French legislation and statutory requirements.
Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll.
Research discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing.
Validate payroll outputs
Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
Prepare the monthly payroll reports and upload them to the CP platform
Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure that the handover of new payrolls is transferred to the In-House team successfully
Experience needed for this role
English and French speaking are essential. English level: B2 minimum
Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting
Expert-level knowledge of complex payrolls (BIK, stock options/RSU, non-residents, court order…)
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing at a specialist level
Proficient in business software experience required: Excel, Word, Email Apps, Microsoft Apps
Good decision-making skills and forward-thinking, able to plan and organise own workload
Knowledge of TeamsRH software would be advantageous
Experience working in an international environment would be an advantage
