The Customer Finance Services Representative will support end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for assigned markets, including credit management, collections, billing, and dispute handling.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform credit assessments for new and existing customers in accordance with company credit policies
Conduct Accounts Receivable follow‑ups with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collection
Manage invoice disputes and cash application issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution
Support billing activities, including invoice inquiries and corrections where required
Handle other AR‑related customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve AR issues professionally
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth issue resolution
Act as a team player, actively contributing to operational excellence, process improvements, and service quality through clear and effective communication
Job Requirements
Business‑level proficiency in Thai with the ability to communicate confidently with customers via phone and email
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail‑oriented with good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Fast learner, proactive self-starter, strong multitasker, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Ability to work in a regional, multicultural environment
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Customer Finance Services is preferred
Education: Secondary education (O’Level or Form 5) or equivalent
Experience: Three (3) years of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
