Description
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio and Spend Management
- Lead in-quarter spending and budget management with PPB business partners.
- Own day-to-day spending management and reporting activities across the PPB Business Unit.
- Independently perform variance analysis, explain forecast-to-actual changes, and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Own headcount and labor modeling to support quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and target setting.
- Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to drive spending discipline, forecast accuracy, and investment optimization.
Lead Finance Reporting Processes
- Consolidate financials for PPB P&L forecasting and reporting with inputs from revenue, cost, OpEx and capital finance partners.
- Lead development of dashboards and reporting tools that improve financial visibility, simplify consolidation and support executive reviews.
- Partner with Corporate FP&A to define requirements, align priorities, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Drive system and process improvements across forecasting, reporting, automation, and data quality.
- Lead financial forecasting for the R&D teams, supporting product development investment analysis and manufacturing cost analysis.
Stakeholder Partnership and Collaboration
- Coordinate with BU finance partners supporting forecasting, reporting, and analytics activities.
- Provide guidance on priorities, deliverables, and financial processes.
- Partner effectively with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Accounting and FP&A teams to deliver financial insights to business discussions and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, investment analysis, or related areas.
- Experience supporting OpEx, CapEx, and headcount planning processes.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case development.
- Experience working cross-functionally and supporting business decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning and reporting tools (Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau or similar).
- Proven experience in business partnering, with a track record of communicating effectively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
Preferred
- Experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing or other R&D-intensive environments.
- Experience supporting corporate FP&A processes.

Salary Range:
$106,000.00 - $146,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
