The Government Compliance Manager will support the U.S. Government Compliance team in the day‑to‑day operation and ongoing enhancement of the Collins U.S. Government Compliance Program. This role provides enterprise-wide assistance on a broad range of prime and subcontract compliance matters and supports key U.S. Government compliance initiatives across the business.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in researching and interpreting U.S. federal procurement laws and regulations, including the FAR, DFARS, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, Procurement Integrity Act, Defense Priorities and Allocations System, and other applicable requirements

  • Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of compliance guidance, processes, procedures, and tracking metrics

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address routine compliance questions and support compliance-related activities

  • Draft and update compliance reference materials, job aids, and playbook content

  • Assist in responding to internal inquiries related to government contract compliance

  • Support special projects and compliance initiatives as assigned

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail

  • Help prepare basic compliance training and informational materials

  • Domestic travel may be required on a limited basis

  • This is not a management position

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

  • Experience with U.S. Government contracting or related regulatory environments

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills

  • Deploys strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve program objectives

  • Experience supporting the full lifecycle of government contracts from formation through closeout

  • Working knowledge of Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act requirements

  • Working knowledge of commercial products and services contracting procedures

  • Basic understanding of cost/price principles or financial considerations in government contracting

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
