Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends and rotating shifts between 09:00–21:00
(Relocation Support: Provided)
Training: Comprehensive training and supported nesting period provided.
Start date: 19/10/2026
Provide professional customer support remotely, handling inbound calls related to sales, after-sales service, product inquiries, technical support, and deliveries for household appliances.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Troubleshoot appliance issues using digital diagnostic tools.
Manage warranty claims, refunds, replacements, missing deliveries, and stock inquiries.
Recommend products and assist customers with purchase decisions.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Job Requirements
Fluent/native-level Spanish (C1+).
Customer service or technical support experience.
Good PC and digital skills, including working with multiple applications and virtual desktop systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Technology-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Customer-focused approach.
