Position: IT Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Monitor and maintain company systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills and a dedication to providing exceptional support
