Summary:
An essential role in the delivery of residential and inpatient treatment services. This direct care position holds the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs.

Shift Options:
7:00am - 3:00pm; shift usually includes 1 weekend day as part of the weekly schedule.
3:00pm - 11:00pm; shift usually includes 1 weekend day as part of the weekly schedule.
11:00pm - 7:00am; shift usually includes 1 weekend day as part of the weekly schedule.
Pay:
$15/hr before shift differentials.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the intake process for new clients entering the program.
- Communicate with staff both verbally and through detailed written logs.
- Listen to clients regarding all areas of treatment and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
- Coordinate activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
- Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete bed-check sheet for shift reporting.
- Attend shift changeovers, team meetings, and company meetings.
- Ensure client schedules are followed daily.
- Assist with client interventions as necessary.
- Follow objectives outlined in treatment plans.
- Monitor medication distribution.
- Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
- Conduct searches of clients upon their return to the facility.
- Monitor treatment for hygiene and medical needs.
- Distribute client snacks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
