Responsible for the correct and accurate packing of trolleys and containers containing drinks, equipment & dry goods by following customer’s specifications, he (she) is responsible for the safe delivery of such goods & food to the Aircraft, Café Restaurants, and Industrials.
He (she) is responsible for collecting all goods & food for the specific airline and non-airlines customers, responsible for revising services in the holding box against flight documents prior to catering, responsible for revising café services against requisition prior to be transported. He (she) is responsible for measuring/ recording time & temperature of the food services as per Haccp & Food Safety Standards.
Additional information
- To pack all trolleys and containers with all drinks and dry goods and rotable equipment following customer specifications. To refill working stations with customers materials as per specifications.
- To maintain your working area clean and organized
