As a member of the Security Team, you will be directly responsible for protecting the safety and assets of the client.

This is a Protective Service with a Security Team. The Essential Functions Include:

• Represent FireWatch Solutions core values of courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
• Maintain assigned post and complete mobile patrols as needed throughout the day.
• Monitor access to all personnel and control entry/exit point.
• Screen all personnel to ensure they are admitted onto the premises.
• Provide temporary passes to all visitors.
• Provide general security for the entire premises.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, or damage to any assets and equipment.
• Monitor close-circuit television (CCTV) camera systems.
• Protect the delivery of sensitive materials at final point of delivery.
• Support emergency response as required.
• Be prepared to support and facilitate Client safety, security, and technical protocols as directed.
• Conduct periodic safety and security rehearsals in collaboration with Client staff.
• Present a tactical law enforcement posture to deter and prevent potential criminal behavior.

Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services as needed for emergency response services.

• Provide basic lifesaving techniques as needed.
• All other duties, as assigned.
• A clean, professional appearance is required. FWS will provide the uniform top. Employee to provide black tactical-style pant (no jeans), black shoe/boot, and firearm and ammunition with appropriate holster.

• Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
• Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, climbing stairs, and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Some lifting and moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Good vision and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule:

• Midnight to 8am
• Weekend availability recommended, not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Temecula, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with preferred law enforcement, military, and/or extensive security experience.

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background investigation.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Qualifications

• California Guard Registration Card (Guard Card) is mandatory.
• California Exposed Firearm Permit is mandatory.
• Law enforcement, military, and/or security experience is preferred.
• Concierge-level customer service experience.
• Strong problem-resolution skills.
• Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Software, Smartphone Apps.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Work in environments and under conditions that may require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety.
