The Position: We’re looking for agents to become part of our group who are positive, willing to learn, train, succeed, prospect for business, and complete real estate sales for all types of clients.

Requirements:
- Must have a real estate license.
- Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
- Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
- On-point and responsive.
- Utilize technology, computers, printers, scanners, email, cell phones, and technology applications.
- Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
- Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.
The Location: HFM Realty is licensed for real estate services in MA, RI, CT, NH, and ME. You can be an agent in your own town and county, be part of a regional real estate group, and be recognized individually in your sales territory.
