• Previous experience in the property sector is a must.
• Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and a 'go-getter' attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect for new business & self-generate listings/valuations.
• Maintain excellent communication with sellers and manage relationships throughout the sale process.
• Deliver accurate and effective valuations.
• Tap into the existing network to drive business.
• Play a key role in developing our Land & New Homes sector.

Compensation Details:

• Salary: £60,000 OTE
• An attractive commission structure.

Required Experience and Certification:

• Estate Agency experience: 2 years (mandatory)
• Driving Licence (mandatory)
