Title: Fulfillment Specialist

Grade: 9

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Order Processing teams to ensure proactive communication and successful execution of customer commitments.
• Drive execution of sourcing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and delivery activities to meet customer commit dates and business objectives.
• Utilize demand forecasts, capacity planning, lead times, and order loading information to balance customer requirements with realistic fulfillment expectations.
• Engage with Sales and Project teams on new opportunities, providing input on project, order, and fulfillment processes to support customer requirements within established policies and budgets.
• Maintain project and order schedules, ensuring timely system updates, stakeholder communication, and escalation of risks, delays, or deviations when necessary.
• Manage supplier and delivery exceptions that could impact customer expectations, updating scheduled ship dates, arrival dates, and promised delivery dates as required.
• Ensures all projects, orders and delivery lines are invoice eligible in line with revenue recognition targets.
• Track assigned orders and projects on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis, providing accurate status updates and visibility to key stakeholders.
• Contribute weekly to revenue assurance and project status meetings.
 
Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer relations, supply chain, fulfillment, or related operational roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with people across wide variety of levels, cultures, and time zones.
• Proven ability to resolve issues, manage priorities, and drive actions to successful completion.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours when required to support customer or project needs.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle
• Prior experience in Supply Chain
• Ability to drive efficiencies in margin improvement within assigned accounts preferred.
