In this Engineering role based in Taiwan, you will have the outstanding opportunity to collaborate with world-class professionals. You will work on innovative projects that drive our industry forward.

## Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with FAB PI/Process Engineering/ME teams to ensure critical product achievements are reached.
• Drive fab quality improvements to improve repair density and product grade yield.
• Work with Product Engineering (PE) for downgrade strategy optimization.
• Monitor and drive fab efforts to identify probe indicators for process improvements.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure flawless product performance.

## Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, with equivalent experience considered.
• Proven experience in product quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

## Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, or relevant experience equating to this level of education.
• Experience with fab processes and quality improvement methodologies.
• Competence in applying statistical analysis software for quality monitoring.
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines for semiconductor manufacturing.

Using Artificial Intelligence: AI-Driven Decision Support for PQI Containment and Disposition

Description

• This project aims to develop AI capabilities to support PQI workflows, including MRB disposition, containment prioritization, and cross-functional data correlation. The system will integrate defect, process, and test data to provide explainable recommendations with confidence scoring.

Scope

• MRB decision support (scrap / rework / release)
• Hold lot prioritization during excursion
• Similar case recommendation and learning
• Explainable AI outputs with key drivers
• Confidence and risk scoring
