Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria, supervisar los Puntos Críticos de Control (PCC) en la línea de producción, recepción y almacenado, gestionar trazabilidad de insumos y productos terminados.
Liderar la implementación de herramientas como 5S, Gemba walk, entre otras, controles cruzados entre planificación, producción y facturación, con amplio manejo de herramientas informáticas.
Realizar relevamientos de seguimiento de riesgos laborales en cada puesto de trabajo, asesorado por el dpto específico, coordinar investigaciones de incidentes y establecer medidas preventivas.
Realizar relevamientos del estado de maquinaria para detectar necesidades de mantenimiento preventivo, coordinación de arreglos y mantenimientos de equipos y edilicios, con informes de seguimiento.
