PROJECT MANAGER (EVENTS)

Our client is a full-service communications agency that offers online and hybrid events, marketing campaigns, video production and event technology for some big-name clients within transport, tourism, healthcare, tech and more.
In your role as a Project Manager, you will be working as an a client-facing individual contributor, with a strong focus on project ownership and account management. You will lead projects from end-to-end, serving as a trusted partner to clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading client relationships and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, by coordinating teams, management timelines and stakeholders
- Supporting junior teams member and helping to improve workflows
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience working in project / event management
- Experience managing clients
- Experience delivering a mix of events
- A strong understanding of the operational side of events - such as how to build booths and backdrops, knowing what licenses and permits are needed
