We are currently seeking a Laundry Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily laundry operations, including hotel linens, towels, and employee uniforms, to ensure all items are cleaned, maintained, and distributed according to hotel quality and safety standards. This role leads laundry attendants, manages uniform inventory, and ensures efficient workflow within the laundry department.

About you...

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel or commercial laundry experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and uniform care standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Leadership and team coordination
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Inventory and uniform control
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective communication
• Safety awareness
• Fast-paced hotel laundry setting
• Exposure to heat, chemicals, and industrial laundry equipment
