Job Summary:

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking and Advanced Practice Provider at Urgent Care (Central) in Toledo, Ohio.

• Schedule- Three (12) hour shifts/week, 8a-8p

• Holiday and every thired weekend rotation required

• No Call required

• Main location is Urgent Care (Central Ave, Toledo) but will float to other locations.

• Join a team of 1 Medical Doctor and five APP's

• Patient Volume: 30-45/day

​Requirements:

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants. 

• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants. 

• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

• Certificate of Authority to practice. 

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
