Role Summary/Purpose:
Drive OnePay credit program growth across an assigned Walmart territory by partnering with Market and Store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales. Own in-store execution—build strong client relationships, lead market/store engagement, deliver training, and ensure regional strategies are implemented consistently and compliantly.
Must live within the assigned territory that includes Dallas, TX. and Tulsa, OK.
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver results against credit KPIs (applications, new accounts, credit sales) by designing and executing market- and store-level initiatives.
Partner with Market and Store leadership to create and implement action plans that improve credit performance and adoption.
Drive in-store execution of marketing programs, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials; ensure consistent rollout of regional strategies.
Train and coach store and market teams through ongoing field engagement, meetings, and performance-focused education.
Build credit awareness by launching programs and events that increase associate and customer engagement at the store and market levels.
Co travel with market leadership.
Provide insights and performance reporting to client partners; translate data into clear recommendations and next actions.
Monitor competitive activity and adjust field tactics to differentiate and win in-market.
Ensure compliance by auditing signage and POS materials; escalate and resolve issues quickly.
Manage budgets for travel and field marketing to maximize ROI.
Support store openings/relocations and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders.
Lead special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management. Or in lieu of completed degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management.
Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
Must live in territory.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written, oral, nonverbal).
Private Label Sales and Marketing experience will be a plus.

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
