Description
Job Purpose & Scope
Responsible for preparing, inspecting, and delivering raw materials and products for testing and analysis according to the established test plans, including collecting inspection results of raw materials and in-process products through to packaging, and ensuring delivery to customers in accordance with specified standards.
Key Result Areas
Quality control of raw materials and finished products
Management and maintenance of QA tools and equipment
Testing and analysis execution and monitoring
Inspection result reporting and communication
Quality consultation and support for internal and external customers

Key Responsibilities & Job Content
Responsible for inspecting raw materials and products in accordance with specified requirements and standards.
Prepare, maintain, and inspect QA tools and equipment to ensure they are always in proper working condition.
Arrange and submit raw materials and/or products for testing or analysis according to the established test plans.
Collect and report inspection results of raw materials and products to the supervisor as required.
Provide guidance and consultation on raw material and product inspection to both internal and external customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and complete them within the specified timeline.
