What You’ll Do
- Create presentation materials, proposal templates, and marketing collateral
- Support the successful launch of new products by coordinating quality, compliance, and technical activities across multiple international markets
- Manage product specifications, technical records, and regulatory documentation to ensure information remains accurate, complete, and up to date
- Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality and compliance matters throughout the product lifecycle
- Coordinate product testing, artwork reviews, and packaging updates to ensure products are market-ready and compliant
- Track project milestones, compliance deliverables, and quality activities to keep product launches progressing smoothly
- Help enhance operational efficiency by maintaining reliable compliance systems, documentation, and process improvements
Key Criteria
- At least 2 years' experience in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Technical Administration within FMCG or consumer products (experience in personal care, cosmetics, or beauty products will be an advantage)
- Proven experience managing technical documentation, product specifications, and compliance processes within a regulated product environment
- Working knowledge of GS1 or WERCS or barcode management or retailer compliance processes, with the ability to support end-to-end product documentation and product launches
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with confidence working with suppliers, manufacturers, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of global product regulations, quality management systems, CAPA, product testing, or third-party manufacturing will be highly regarded
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after 3-6 months onsite probation.
