As an Install Assistant, you'll work alongside our Lead Installer on residential HVAC installations — learning the trade hands-on while helping deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Assist the Lead Installer with residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork
- Help with equipment setup, demolition, line sets, ductwork runs, and material staging
- Protect the customer's home during the installation process — drop cloths, booties, and cleanup
- Complete pre-install, safety, and post-install checklists accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout the install
- Follow all safety procedures and use the required protective equipment
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of HVAC install experience
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the trade
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
Requirements
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
