What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain construction schedules.
- Coordinate employees, subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and vendors.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout their project.
- Keep JobTread organized and up to date.
- Track permits, purchase orders, selections, documentation, and project milestones.
- Identify problems before they become emergencies.
- Help improve systems and processes as our company continues to grow.
