Trinity Evangelical Church Youth Leader

Part Time Position: 20 hours / week

Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview

The Youth Leader will lead Student Ministries, grades 6-12, currently serving over 60 active middle and high students, while developing engaging programming and equipping volunteers. This role emphasizes biblical truth, fostering community, outreach, and creating engaging environments where students can grow and thrive spiritually.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategy for Student Ministry.
• Oversee engaging Sunday morning and midweek programming.
• Partner with parents to support their children’s spiritual growth.
• Create safe, transformational environments for kids and students.
• Recruit, train, and care for volunteer teams.
