Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Qualifications
The community division of Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our newly formed Float team. Float physicians are not responsible for attributed patients, rather this flexible, dynamic role offers short-term panel management coverage for clinicians on leave and patients without established care. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians who thrive on caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of practice settings.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Minimum 20-hour commitment per week.
- Eligible to work in Massachusetts.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Pioneer Valley.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered, high-quality care.
- Technologically adept and comfortable with diverse patient populations and clinical settings.
