Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop and maintain Physical Verification rule decks (DRC, LVS, ERC, and Antenna) using Calibre (Siemens EDA)
- Collaborate closely with Infineon's Technology Development teams to plan, define, and implement physical verification methodologies
- Be responsible for automated quality assurance checks
- Create user documentation and training materials
- Support global product development teams in the creation of their designs
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience with Linux command-line environments, shell scripting (Bash, tcsh), and Python for automation, log-file parsing, and report generation
- Experience debugging DRC errors and LVS mismatches using Calibre GUI and RVE reports
- Experience reading, debugging, and developing Calibre DRC and LVS decks
- Understanding of GDSII and OpenAccess (virtuso sch/layout) hierarchy
- Ability to explain complex verification issues in simple terms and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
