Position Summary
As a Retail Pick Team Member, you'll play a key role in our fulfillment process by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing them for the next stage of processing. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Complete assigned work according to established procedures while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
Effectively use systems, equipment, and tools to safely and efficiently complete assigned work.
Identify and communicate issues that may impact customer service, safety, teamwork, or operational performance.
Operate vehicles and powered equipment in accordance with company safety policies and guidelines.
Support the overall operation by assisting other departments and performing other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to read and understand English, perform basic math, and use technology such as scanners and computers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting established performance standards.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including extensive walking, climbing stairs, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and consistently lifting up to 70 pounds

Success in this role requires attention to detail, accuracy, productivity, and dependable attendance. Team members are expected to consistently produce quality work, follow established processes, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation while supporting teammates and delivering exceptional customer service.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm, Plus OT
Pay: $17.70
