About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Product Trainer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, simplifying complex concepts, and creating engaging learning experiences that drive customer success.
As a Product Trainer, you will play a key role in enabling both our customers and internal teams by delivering impactful training programs, developing high-quality learning content, and ensuring our learning ecosystem remains up to date. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions on the Ericsson Wallet Platform for customers, both onsite and virtually.
- Facilitate internal enablement workshops to enhance product knowledge across teams.
- Design, develop, and continuously update training materials, presentations, user guides, and other learning resources.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning content is accurate, accessible, and current.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to incorporate new features and product enhancements into training programs.
- Gather participant feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness and learner experience.
- Travel to customer locations, when required, to deliver training and support successful product adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- +10 years of experience
- Ericsson Wallet platform -Product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others succeed.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong content development skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering product, technical, or software application training.
- Experience developing learning content using modern instructional design principles.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience working within the FinTech, Telecommunications, or Digital Payments domain is an advantage.
