Jusczak Repair is seeking a skilled and motivated Paint & Body Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in restoring commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment to the highest standards of appearance and quality.
The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role combines paint preparation, refinishing, body repair, detailing, and finishing work to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive, heavy truck, or equipment painting and body repair preferred
- Experience with commercial paint systems and spray equipment
- Knowledge of body filler, sanding, masking, and refinishing techniques
- Ability to safely operate sandblasting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL is a plus but not required
