• Check-in und Check-out

• Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste während ihres Aufenthaltes

• Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen und Wünsche unserer Gäste

• Erster Anlaufpunkt für allgemeine Auskünfte und Empfehlungen

• Vereinzelte Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

• Arbeiten im Früh-, Mittel- oder Spätdienst - die Nachtschicht wird in unserem Hause durch ein eigenes Nachtteam abgedeckt

Ihr Profil:

• Kommunikationsstärke und Dienstleistungsorientierung

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen und Protel (PMS) wünschenswert

• Freude am Umgang und bei der Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
