该职位是爱尔康销售与销售支持职能的一部分。我们的团队致力于通过多渠道提供产品，提升眼科专业人员的客户满意度，帮助人们实现卓越视力。
高级代表，手术事业部， 主要负责在指定区域内销售外科眼科产品，以实现销售目标。您将与客户建立稳固的关系，满足他们的需求，并通过产品演示和支持确保客户满意。具体职责包括：
• 达成特定客户或区域的销售目标
• 通过多种销售活动推广和销售爱尔康产品
• 与关键意见领袖和高使用量用户建立关系
• 发现并开发新的商业机会
• 执行销售计划和策略
• 定期拜访客户并提供必要支持
• 参与并举办活动和会议，向客户更新产品、服务和价格信息
• 创建和维护客户数据库
• 进行竞争市场分析，以保持爱尔康产品的市场份额并应对竞争
• 提供及时报告，并根据公司需求确保销售活动和客户互动的准确记录
负责：公司晶体耗材产品在目标区域内私立医院的推广和销售工作，保证目标业绩的达成。
负责区域：浙北地区
要求：统招本科及以上学历，一年以上外企公司器械耗材销售经验，有眼科销售背景从优。
