Responsibilities
- Hire, Evaluate and Train Pruning Crew
- Manage Pruning Crew Jobs
- Manage Daily Schedule and Customer Relations
- Hand Prunes and Maintains Landscape Plantings
- Designs and Installs annual flower plantings
- Completes End of Day Paperwork
- Performs Other Duties as Required
Previous landscaping/pruning experience
Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities
- Basic plant knowledge (will train)
- A valid state driver license with good driving record
- Ability to lift and carry object 40-80 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitious manual labor
- Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more a day
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Quality customer service
- Ability to work with little to no supervision following training
