YOUR TASKS
You prepare simple cold dishes (cheese / sausage platters, salads etc) & drinks and advise guests on their composition & ingredients
Responsible for setting up and removing the breakfast buffet, making sure that all products are correctly labelled
Ensure the constant availability of a sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests
Prepare lunch bags in accordance with the number of orders
Prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes
Calculate the right amount of (pre-prepared) food for group dinners
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the service sector
Good command of English. Danish and any other languagse are advantageous.
You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
