The Opportunity at a Glance
We're looking for an Accountant (UK Exposure) to join a leading organisation in the allied health and healthcare sector.
This role is ideal for an experienced accountant who enjoys management reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and supporting month-end and year-end processes. You'll work closely with the Senior Accountant and Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvement.
What You'll Actually Do
How You'll Make an Impact
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports and reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly management reporting and financial analysis.
- Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies in management accounts.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Review financial transactions, accounts payable records, and staff reimbursements for accuracy.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and financial controls.
- Prepare statistical and ad hoc financial reports for management.
- Support finance process improvements and maintain accurate financial records.
What We're Looking For – You're the Perfect Fit if You:
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Previous experience working as an Accountant.
- Strong experience with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Proficiency in Xero.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
- Hybrid work setup
- Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
- Open to PH-based applicants only
