Location: Howell Furniture, 2018 Hwy 365, Nederland, Texas 77627
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to coworkers and customers.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage cash drawer.
- Discuss financial information with customers.
- Enter customer details in company database.
- Practice confidentiality daily.
- Handle shipping manifest and invoices.
Requirements:
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and coworkers.
- Successfully communicate with employees at all stores and in several departments.
- Periodically work at our Beaumont store location when needed/required.
- Interview, drug and background screens conducted.
Job details:
- Weekend work required, no nights.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance after 60 days.
- Performance Bonus.
- Train in Beaumont before working FT in Nederland store.
