That’s the job – Your main tasks:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives that integrate Real-World Evidence (RWE) and advanced analytics to demonstrate product value and enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and execute cohesive omnichannel engagement strategies that align Medical Affairs and Commercial teams for a seamless personalized experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Utilize AI and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, personalize scientific and promotional content and optimize customer engagement across all digital channels.
- Architect and oversee the evolution of digital ecosystems, including HCP and patient portals to drive superior customer experience (CX) and scientific exchange.
- Drive launch excellence by creating agile, data-driven content strategies that effectively communicate the product's value proposition to payers, providers and patients.
This job is for you, if:
- You are passionate about digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- You are a highly experienced digital strategy and communications leader with a rich career in Life Sciences.
- You have proven experience working with Medical Affairs and Commercial leaders across various therapeutic areas and with the relevant technologies.
- You are fluent in English (oral and written).
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working collaboratively to align commercial and medical affairs digital strategies.
As the icing on the cake, you bring along
- Fluency in other languages
- Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document management processes
- Certifications in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM)
- A background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within Life Sciences
