• Assembler II (Day Shift) $18.50-23.50/hr

Highlights of your role

• Assemble quality products in accordance with standard work procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Operate machinery and essential tools, including electric, manual, and air tools.
• Use essential measuring equipment accurately.
• Read and interpret labels and customer orders.
• Be cross-trained to work in multiple workstations, demonstrating the ability to move easily between work centers while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform detailed craft work and fabricate highly customized products.
• Operate woodworking tools such as routers, table saws, and band saws.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work effectively with others.
• Ensure dependable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-10 hours a day.
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Work at an established production rate, including pushing and/or pulling materials up to 50 pounds.
• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 35 pounds frequently, with team lifting required for heavier items.
• Bend, stoop, reach, twist, and turn as needed.
• Climb stairs and/or ladders and work in elevated areas.
• Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
