We are expanding and seeking dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our growing therapy team across St. Charles County, North Service Area, and South Service Area.

Employment Options

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy treatments per plan of care
- Assist patients with ADLs, functional mobility, and adaptive techniques
- Provide patient and caregiver education to support safety and independence
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with supervising OT and interdisciplinary team
- Participate in care coordination to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Missouri OTA license in good standing
- Home health experience preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
