The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.
This role sits within the Business Development department in Keppel’s Real Estate Division.
Job Description:
• Support the preparation of RFPs, tenders, proposals and client submissions.
• Develop pitch decks, capability statements and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research on sustainability trends, competitors and target sectors.
• Analyse and present market insights through reports, briefs and presentations.
• Support project delivery through meeting coordination, documentation and action tracking.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients and external consultants.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and project updates.
• Develop marketing collateral, case studies and event materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain proposal repositories, project documentation and internal knowledge databases.
• Manage tracking tools and records to support pipeline monitoring, project evaluation and document control.
