About the Role:
As an Childcare Teacher, you’ll be an active participant in shaping the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care. You’ll lead engaging, age-appropriate activities, foster curiosity, and create a nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting and is passionate about early childhood education grounded in best practices like Project Construct and Creative Curriculum.
Schedule Options:
Full-Time 8 and 10 hour shifts available!
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment
Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally sound lesson plans
Support kindergarten readiness through engaging curriculum
Create a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom
Foster open communication and strong relationships with families
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional workplace
Maintain flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement
Attend all required in-service trainings
Maintain CPR and First Aid certification
